Yes, our authentic bagel-making process includes boiling the bagels before baking. This is what gives our bagels their signature chewy texture and shiny crust.
Our bagels are baked fresh every evening. If you are in our delivery zone your order will be delivered in the morning before 7am (so access is important) by one of our fabulous drivers, We can deliver 7 days a week, depending on your requirements.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver with our morning drivers outside of the London area. We do however supply plenty of shops, delis and restaurants outside of London using our preferred next day delivery service. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
You can order online boxes of 60 or 90 bagels in all our bagel flavours.Our bagels are baked freshly in the morning, packed and sent in the afternoon and are with you the next day. See our bagel box page for more detail and to order!
We can deliver your items loose, packed in clear bags and some of our organic items can be packed in retail ready packaging – please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Yes, all our bagels and Vegetarian and vegan friendly except for the Soft mini bagels which contain egg.
All our products are 100% free from any preservatives.

Bagel Box FAQs
These are freshly baked bagels with no preservatives of any kind - you cannot leave them out as you would supermarket products. With our next day delivery, your bagels will remain fresh and delicious for 2-3 days after delivery.We advise to freeze your bagels as soon as possible if not being consumed immediately. This will help preserve freshness and authentic texture.
We pack each flavour of our bagels in bags of 5 so that they are not mixed.
Yes! All our bagels are Vegetarian and Vegan.
The Bagel Bakery operates in a nut free environment.The only known allergens that are present in our bagels are Wheat, Barley and sesame. All of our bagels contain wheat and all of our bagels may contain traces of Sesame.
Our products are vegetarian. Most are also vegan, except for varieties that contain specific ingredients like cheese. Please check the ingredient list for each flavour / product for more details.
