Family owned since 1990

The Bagel Bakery is a proud family-owned business. My father opened his first shop in Cricklewood North London in 1990 and it was an instant success with customers coming far and wide for his freshly baked hot bagels. As a young boy I would frequently spend my weekends in the bakery, while my mother helped on the shop floor trying to control the queue that would often stretch outside the shop come rain or shine! Bagels are in my blood, my personal favourite would be a hot salt beef bagel with plenty of mustard and pickles. I must have eaten thousands through my youth! Unfortunately, due to health issues, my father decided to hang-up his apron in 2017, and whilst helping him sell his business my wife and I made the decision to leave the corporate world and take over the family bagel secrets.
